The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving payment-related concerns, and ensuring smooth collection processes without high-pressure targets. Key Responsibilities: Make and attend calls to students/customers regarding pending fees or dues. Handle conversations with professionalism, empathy, and authenticity. Identify issues or objections and provide suitable solutions to ensure timely recovery. Maintain accurate records of all calls, payments, and follow-ups in spreadsheets/databases. Build and maintain positive relations with students/customers while ensuring payment compliance. Coordinate with the internal accounts and operations team for timely updates. Share daily/weekly reports with management regarding collection status. Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in recovery, collection, or customer support (education sector preferred). Excellent communication and listening skills (Hindi & English). Ability to work under heavy call flow and manage time effectively. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
