Non voice process executive

Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executives to handle backend operations, data entry, email/chat support, and customer service tasks without voice interaction. The role requires accuracy, good typing speed, and excellent written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company databases.
• Process requests, forms, and applications as per defined guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Generate daily/weekly reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer/organizational data.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in BPO/KPO/back-office operations (freshers can also apply).
• Good written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
• Fast typing speed with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
