Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from databases, property portals, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Explain project details, location highlights, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.

• Convince and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to properties and services.

• Maintain and update client information in CRM software regularly.

• Follow up with interested clients to build relationships and move them further in the sales funnel.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead conversion goals.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to share client feedback and improve lead quality.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–1 year of telecalling experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [local language] + Hindi + English.

• Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused approach.

• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or eagerness to learn.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
