Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and leads provided by the company.
  • Build strong relationships with property buyers and investors by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and showcase project features, location benefits, and amenities.

Sales Execution

  • Pitch property options confidently to clients and negotiate deals.
  • Assist clients through the sales process – from enquiry to booking.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Actively participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and roadshows to generate leads.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress in CRM tools or reporting formats.
  • Coordinate with marketing and telecalling teams for lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.

Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and local language).
  • Convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
