Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager & Executive to lead our luxury retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales, managing high-end customer relationships, and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

· Manage and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

· Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain premium clients.

· Oversee store operations to maintain luxury brand standards.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.

· Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.

Requirements:

· 4–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.

· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury retail.

· Immediate availability to join will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
