Job Description

As a Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager in our real estate company, your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as field visits, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. By building strong relationships with property buyers and investors, you will be able to understand their needs and offer them suitable solutions. Additionally, you will schedule and conduct site visits with clients to showcase project features, location advantages, and amenities. In terms of sales execution, you will confidently pitch property options to clients, negotiate deals, and guide them through the entire sales process - from initial inquiry to booking. Meeting the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management will be crucial for your success in this role. Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies is essential in order to effectively compete in the real estate market. You will be expected to actively participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and roadshows to generate new leads and expand your network. Your reporting and coordination duties will involve maintaining detailed records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress using CRM tools or reporting formats. Collaborating with the marketing and telecalling teams for lead generation and follow-ups will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline (an MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing is preferred but not mandatory) with at least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply. Key skills that will be beneficial for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities in Hindi, English, and the local language, as well as convincing and negotiation skills. A self-motivated and target-oriented approach is essential for success in this role. You should be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits, and having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred. Expertise in real estate sales, customer relationship management, presentation and closing skills, as well as market awareness and adaptability, will be advantageous.
