Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of HVAC or related systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  
• Identify and approach potential customers in target markets.
  
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and operations) to ensure project success.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in HVAC / industrial equipment / engineering products).
  
• Strong understanding of technical products and customer requirements.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
