Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF, Ductable Units, etc.).
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely execution of projects.
Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures during installation.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
Manage materials and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure optimal system performance.
Liaise with vendors/suppliers for timely material delivery and quality checks.
Prepare project documentation including installation checklists, commissioning reports, and client sign-offs.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
25 years of hands-on experience in HVAC site execution and project management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites/projects.
Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.
