Job Description

HVAC Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems as per project specifications.
Coordinate with project management, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and identify potential challenges or delays proactively.

Site Management:

Manage site operations, including manpower, equipment, and resources.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the site.
Coordinate with clients and consultants to address site-related issues and concerns.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Identify and rectify quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including test reports, inspection reports, and handover documents.

Customer Satisfaction:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure timely project completion and handover to the client.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the site team to achieve project objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of
2 -5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
