Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Pune. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily operations of the sales team, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring targets are met. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve sales performance, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
