Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a

  team of 10–15 members

  to achieve sales and operational KPIs.
• Drive the adoption of

  AffordPlan’s “Swasth” card

  and other financial health solutions.
• Ensure timely performance tracking, reporting, and target achievement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch savings campaigns.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and resolve on-ground issues.
• Oversee team onboarding, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
