Role Overview: You will be a dedicated Customer Support Specialist responsible for handling inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, chat, and other platforms. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate assistance to both existing and prospective clients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner - Accurately assess issues and provide appropriate responses or resolutions based on defined SOPs - Track, document, and resolve complaints, order queries, and product-related questions - Educate customers about the services offered and guide them on optimal usage - Utilize Zoho and internal systems for managing tickets and customer data - Provide timely follow-ups and updates on open cases - Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with internal teams to enhance service delivery Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree preferred - Prior experience in customer support (voice, chat, or email) is a plus - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining professionalism under pressure - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
