International Sales Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales calls, and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
Develop strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Analyze customer feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred/Mandatory).
2-5 years of proven success in outbound B2B sales or international sales roles.
Strong experience with cold calling and end to end sales in global markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Experience in Google Adwords/Digital Marketing are a plus
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team environment.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of international business etiquette and cultural norms.
