Sales Specialist

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for driving on-ground sales activities, meeting prospective customers, explaining product offerings, and converting leads into business within the assigned local area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage new customers
• Explain product value propositions in a simple and convincing manner
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through referrals and market contacts
• Build trust-based relationships with clients for continued business
• Monitor daily progress and report sales activities to the manager
• Work consistently to meet and exceed monthly targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of field sales / direct sales experience
• Graduate preferred (Non-graduates with strong experience can apply)
• Confident communication and customer interaction ability
• Self-driven and target-oriented personality
• Must be from Jorhat or nearby locations
