The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying prospects, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting outreach, collaborating with teams to achieve sales goals, delivering customized solutions to clients, and maintaining excellence in customer service. Training clients where needed may also be a part of the role. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams Customer service experience to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and support Proven sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets Experience in sales management to oversee and optimize sales processes Capability to train clients and internal teams as needed Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a remote environment Previous industry or marketing sector experience is a plus
