Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes. Develop and implement HR policies to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization's talent development strategies. Oversee business HR activities such as employee induction programs, corporate HR initiatives, and generalistic tasks. Analyze attrition rates to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce turnover. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on employee relations, grievance handling, or similar functions. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in BPO/Call Centre industry. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) with knowledge of Excel reporting tools.
