1. This position is open for both Freshers and Experienced.

2. 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week off.

3. Only Walk-in Interview.

4. Immediate Joiners Preferred.

5. Mumbai and Noida - Any Graduate Fresher or UG with Experience can apply.

6. Gurugram - Any HSC passed Fresher / Experience can apply.

7. Age Limit - Should not be more than 30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our financial products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effectively explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
• High level of self-motivation, persistence, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of BFSI products/services.

Salary

1. Noida -

   Up to 30k CTC

2. Gurugram

   - Up to 28k CTC

3. Mumbai

   - Max. 33k CTC
