Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching sales targets, presenting properties to potential clients, maintaining customer records, and following up on leads. Additionally, the role involves managing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management
Capability to deliver Training related to sales procedures and tools
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
