Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist with a passion for digital solutions and an international mindset. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our services in global markets. This is a critical role for our business growth and international market penetration. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage clients across UAE, Middle East, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Canada, Europe, and Africa Conduct consultative sales calls, presentations, and demos to convert leads into clients Maintain an in-depth understanding of Pactosoft’s service offerings to provide tailored solutions Build and nurture long-term client relationships and generate recurring business Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales handover Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies for international audiences Provide onboarding and training sessions to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery Track performance, generate reports, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets Required Qualifications 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, web development, IT services, or SaaS Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a global client approach Demonstrated success in international sales or working with overseas clients Excellent presentation, negotiation, and account management skills Ability to understand client needs and propose effective marketing solutions Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Meta Ads) is a strong advantage Preferred Skills Prior experience selling to or working with clients in any of the target regions Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, CRM systems, and digital sales tracking tools Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with a passion for growth What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a global client base Hybrid work option post-probation Exposure to the latest in digital marketing and tech A dynamic and collaborative work environment with career growth potential How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to: info@pactosoft.com Subject Line: Sales Specialist Application – [Your Name]
