Role Description
This is an on-site , full time role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, , and managing sales leads. The details of job description is as follows:
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets for Kapp Edge courses.
● Lead Management: Generate and convert leads through various digital channels including CRM follow-ups, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
● Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective students to understand their needs and guide them toward suitable courses, ensuring a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and digital teams to align sales goals with promotional campaigns and course offerings.
● Reporting & Analysis: Track and report key sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement plans.
● Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance positioning and course appeal.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners to drive referrals and repeat enrolments.
