Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Noida at Naukri.com. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to drive business growth and client relationship management.

• Proven sales experience and sales management skills
• Training abilities in a sales environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales techniques
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the recruitment or online job industry is a plus
