Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and current customers to understand their travel needs and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing detailed travel recommendations, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will actively participate in sales training and manage sales activities to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for new sales team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
