What You’ll Do

• Identify and bring in new business opportunities for analytical testing & CRO services
• Meet clients, present capabilities, and build long-term partnerships
• Work with technical teams to develop proposals & quotations
• Achieve sales targets and support overall company growth

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in

  Pharma / Chemistry / Biotechnology

  (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years’ experience in

  sales / business development

  (CRO/analytical testing preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & client relationship skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
