Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves training new sales staff and managing a sales team to ensure maximum performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Proven ability in training new staff and developing sales strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the electric scooter industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work model
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
