This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the West Delhi Area. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including prospecting, customer interactions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in training new sales staff and managing sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to train and mentor other sales staff
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
