Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will also be involved in training sessions and sales strategy meetings. 40/50% travel to designated region

Qualifications

Good

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales record
• Ability to conduct training and participate in sales strategy development
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in science is must
• 1-3 years of selling in relevent pharma industry
