The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling ATCC cultures and related biological products (cell lines, microbial strains, reagents, and culture media) to research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology organizations. The role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development
• Promote ATCC products (cell lines, microbial cultures, biological reference materials) to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within research labs, pharmaceutical, academic, and biotech organizations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Manage customer accounts, ensure timely order processing, and follow up on payments.
• Technical Support
• Provide customers with technical information on ATCC cultures and related products.
• Assist in product selection, usage, and troubleshooting where required.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and technical presentations
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market needs and potential opportunities.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education:
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Biochemistry.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in life science or laboratory product sales, preferably in cell culture, microbial culture, or reagent sales.
• Experience selling ATCC or equivalent biological products is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong scientific understanding of cell culture, microbial identification, and biosafety.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Location:
• Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/
