The company has its own manufacturing unit for Cleanroom Garment and Accessories and Ready-to-use filled Media plates (RTU plates). Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for the Internal and External Sales Specialist position for RTU Petri Plates and ATCC Culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily sales inquiries - Build and maintain customer relationships - Conduct product training sessions - Develop and implement sales strategies - Provide exceptional customer service - Ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets Qualifications: - Should be able to drive sales and manage product sales - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Subject matter expert focusing on the product range and securing orders from new and existing customers - Proactively promote products - Collaborate with end users and channel partners to secure orders Additional Details: The Internal and External Sales Specialist will need to identify the needs of products with proper selection while considering competition. The products relate to microbiology and validation teams for pharmaceutical customers. It is important to develop customer relationships and decide on sales and marketing strategies (e.g., mailers, sampling, exhibitions). The candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing sales plans for repeat orders, maintaining records in the company CRM, and projecting sales and growth.,
