Job Description

As a Sales personnel at June Enterprises, your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy within the semiconductor industry to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for appointing sales personnel to build a strong team, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy within the semiconductor industry - Appointing sales personnel to build a strong team - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers - Understanding the technical specifications and applications of semiconductor products and effectively communicating this information to customers - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements - Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs - Working closely with the production and marketing teams to boost sales - Tracking and reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor or electronics industry - Technical understanding of semiconductor products, manufacturing processes, and market applications - Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships - Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Preferred skills for this role include experience with specific semiconductor product lines and familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
