As a Sales personnel at June Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of semiconductor consumables, your role is crucial in expanding the customer base within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the semiconductor industry. Appoint sales personnel to build a strong team. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Understand the technical specifications and applications of semiconductor products and effectively communicate this information to customers. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including Semicon or any clean room. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the competitive semiconductor market. - Work closely with the production and marketing team on strategy, exhibitions, and other activities to boost sales. - Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor or electronics industry. - Technical understanding of semiconductor products, manufacturing processes, and market applications. - Enthusiastic about achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships. - Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Preferred Skills: - Experience with specific semiconductor product lines, such as power semiconductors, sensors, microcontrollers, or memory devices. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
