Job Description

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for products and services.
  2. Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  5. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and lead follow-ups.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  7. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to engage with clients if required.
  9. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  10. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.
  11. Handle pricing discussions and prepare competitive proposals to close deals successfully.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
  13. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
