About the Role

Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
Create, manage, and optimize
Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns
.
Perform thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
Set up product feeds for Shopping campaigns and troubleshoot Merchant Center issues.
Optimization & Reporting:
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to meet KPIs.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights.
Strategy & Execution:
Develop strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and landing page improvements.
Budget Management:
Plan and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
Competitor & Market Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends to stay ahead in ad strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads
(Shopping Ads)
Strong understanding of
Google Merchant Center
and product feed optimization.
Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and campaign structure best practices.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
Google Analytics
or GA4.
Google Ads Certification preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
