Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to manage and lead our Amazon Marketplace Department . The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects of the Amazon account, including listing, advertising, inventory, pricing, and performance analysis. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms and policies, and the ability to drive revenue growth through continuous optimization. Also who can take responsibility and reach to accept challenge and mostly issue resolutions and thinking new ideas for the betterment of the organization Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Amazon specialists including PPC executives, catalog managers, and customer support. Set clear KPIs and goals for the team and track performance regularly. Marketplace Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketplace strategies to increase visibility, sales, and profitability on Amazon. Conduct competitor analysis, identify gaps, and formulate winning strategies. Product Listings & Catalog Management: Oversee accurate product listings, SEO optimization, A+ Content creation, and enhanced brand content. Ensure listing compliance with Amazon guidelines and avoid suppressions or penalties. Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, deals, lightning deals, and coupons. Monitor advertising spend and ROI, making data-driven adjustments. Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics teams to maintain healthy inventory levels (FBA/FBM). Minimize out-of-stock situations and avoid overstocking. Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, ad performance, returns, buy box percentage, and customer feedback. Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Seller for insights. Customer Experience: Oversee the resolution of customer queries and negative reviews to maintain a healthy seller rating. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central. Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales performance. In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and tools. Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Brand Registry, A+ Content, and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with global Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.) Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, SellerApp, or DataHawk.
