Experience & Compensation

Experience:
Minimum 2-5 year of core life insurance sales experience (Agency or Direct)
CTC:
Up to 7.00 LPA + performance-linked incentives

Role & Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through a mix of
Agency and Direct sales activities
Recruit, guide, and activate advisors while also closing direct customer cases
Meet customers personally, assess their financial needs, and pitch suitable life insurance solutions
Drive premium collection, policy issuance, and renewals
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through disciplined follow-ups and field execution

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in
BFSI
/
life insurance sales
(Agency or Direct channel)
Strong exposure to customer acquisition and policy closures
Comfortable with targets, field work, and revenue ownership
Clear understanding of life insurance products and sales processes
Candidates without core life insurance sales experience should not apply
