Sales Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Data Management:
Accurately maintain sales data in CRM/SAP to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Order Tracking:
Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.
Sales Entry:
Input sales-related information into CRM/SAP based on confirmations, invoices, and other documents.
Reconciliation:
Conduct reconciliations of sales records, customer accounts, and invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Documentation:
Prepare documents related to sales orders, payments, and customer transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
Audit Support:
Assist in sales-related audits by providing necessary documentation and information as requested.
Additional Tasks:
Perform any other duties assigned by the manager to support the sales team and overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in CRM, SAP, or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
