1. Scheduling meetings, classes, and webinars accurately, and tracking changes to ensure timely

communication of updates.

2. Recording attendance for webinars and seminars, compiling participation data, and generating

summary reports.

3. Maintaining and auditing data in relevant databases and systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.

4. Providing regular updates and insights to support team decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Should be good in MS-Office
