About the Role We are looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Intern to support our counsellors and operations team in managing student applications and achieving recruitment goals. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the overseas education industry , ensuring smooth handling of the student journey from leads to applications, offers, and visas. Type : Remote Internship Opportunity : Full-time confirmation based on performance Responsibilities Application & Operations Management Manage student applications end-to-end: document collection, accuracy checks, submissions, follow-ups, and updates. Coordinate with counsellors to track student progress and ensure timely completion of applications. Handle communication with universities regarding application status. Maintain dashboards and reports on applications, offers, and visa outcomes. Sales & Student Engagement Monitor and allocate leads to counsellors, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. Assist in resolving student/parent queries related to applications and processes. Support the sales and operations team in achieving student recruitment targets. Lead generation and qualification connect with prospective students through texts and calls, ask preliminary questions to assess their interest, and transfer qualified leads to the counsellor team for further guidance. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Interest in international education and student counselling. Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management. Prior internship or project experience in sales, operations, or administration. Candidate Preference Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students (Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
