Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Operations Intern. The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing data, generating sales reports, analyzing trends, and providing customer service. The role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient sales operations and maintaining communication with customers. This is an on-site role located in West Delhi.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to manage data, generate reports, and analyze trends
• Communication skills to maintain interactions with customers and internal departments
• Customer Service experience to effectively support and address customer needs
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations to assist in the day-to-day sales activities
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
