About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Production Manager to handle the end-to-end process of our luxury gifting business. From client acquisition to managing packaging, shipping, and dispatch, the role requires a candidate who can independently oversee both sales and production with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order process: from receiving orders to packaging, labeling, and dispatch.
• Handle client interactions, negotiations, and build strong business relationships.
• Supervise production, packaging, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Source materials and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Oversee stock management and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain high-quality standards for luxury packaging and presentation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, production, and dispatch management.
• Ability to handle end-to-end operations independently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
