Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform calibration for generators or batteries. Provide technical support to customers, ensuring that all service-related tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely service interventions to minimize downtime. Install, test, and commission new systems as required, including DG sets, generators, and backup power solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and any additional issues identified. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while working on electrical and mechanical systems. Monitor and track parts inventory to ensure the availability of essential components. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting on DG sets, generators, and battery banks to ensure optimal performance What makes you a great addition to the team : Candidate must have 4-5 Year of experience in Field Service of DG & Battery Sector. Also, we can prefer fresher (Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineer) Conduct training sessions for customers, explaining the operation and maintenance of their generators, DG sets, and battery systems. Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service offerings. Travel to various client sites, as required, to provide on-site service and support.
