Role & responsibilities Install and set up sorting machines at customer sites. Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation. Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance. Provide on-call and on-site support whenever required. Prepare service reports after each visit. Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and technical issues. Follow all safety rules and company guidelines. Maintain good relationships with customers through professional service. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Basic knowledge of sensors, circuits, and machinery. Freshers or 13 years experience welcome.
