There are 2M+ temples in India, about 10k of them have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these places is a $10B opportunity. Sri Mandir has grown 5x in just last 3 months

Role Overview

Operations Intern for Sri Yatra

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
• Share and update the yatra itinerary and assist with any changes or clarifications.
• Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
• Serve as the single POC for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
• Collect post-travel feedback to improve future yatras.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Empathetic, user-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Available to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 3 months.
