Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive both business development and brand growth.
This role is a blend of strategic marketing, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management — ideal for someone who enjoys building both systems and stories.

You will play a key role in shaping our market presence, acquiring new clients, and scaling ReformiQO’s footprint across industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to position ReformiQO’s offerings effectively.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns through digital platforms (LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, email, and ads).
  • Manage ReformiQO’s online presence — website, social media, and brand communications.
  • Create marketing collateral: case studies, decks, blogs, and client stories showcasing business value.
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, and campaigns to increase awareness and credibility.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with project and technical teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership for internal branding and communication initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report sales and marketing performance using CRM tools (preferably Zoho).
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT / SaaS / ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and consultative sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and brand storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
