About the Role:
Reformiqo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Person to lead and scale our sales function. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and expanding our footprint in key markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Strive to Achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships
• Drive B2B sales growth through structured outreach, partnerships, and solution-selling
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategy and client needs
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure strategic positioning
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, pitches, and industry events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or solution-based industries
• Exceptional persuasive, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Must be willing to work full-time from our on-site location
• Knowledge of ERP Next

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
