About the Role
As an ERPNext Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize ERPNext. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure ERPNext functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for client projects
• Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop detailed functional specifications and solution designs
• Create process flows, use cases, and requirement documents
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients
• Validate technical solutions against business requirements
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing
• Manage requirement changes and scope modifications
• Provide guidance to junior business analysts
• Collaborate with implementation and development teams
• Document business processes and requirements
• Ensure alignment between client needs and technical solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and business analysis methodologies
• Contribute to the development of business analysis standards and practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in ERP or software implementations
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management
• Experience with ERP systems, Zoho applications, or similar business software
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions
• Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) a plus
• Experience in conducting client workshops and requirements sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
