Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by developing and managing B2B and retail client relationships, especially in Uttar Pradesh (UP), Bihar, and Jharkhand.
• Develop effective sales strategies tailored to regional market demands.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the target regions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the jewellery industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of the market dynamics in UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.

Compensation:

• CTC: Salary will be based on experience and industry standards.
