Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager for a Club, who will lead the membership acquisition process, engage with potential members, and help grow our club's community. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into memberships, building relationships, and representing Club with professionalism and passion. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales process. Engage with leads, build relationships, and convert them into club members. Conduct presentations, demos, and in-person meetings at the Club. Achieve and exceed monthly membership targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign feedback and improvement. Maintain CRM/lead sheet and ensure regular follow-ups. Provide insights to management for continuous process optimization. Who You Are You are confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales. You have excellent communication and people skills. You love challenges and have a knack for closing deals. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented. Requirements Prior experience in sales, client handling or business development. Strong command over languages. Love talking to people and can sell an idea with confidence and clarity. Have experience in high-ticket or B2C sales (bonus if it’s in education, finance, real estate or hospitality business). Basic understanding of stock market is a plus.
