Job Description

1. Sales Administration & SupportObjective: Ensure smooth and efficient sales operations through administrative support and organization. Administrative Efficiency: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and organize sales presentations. Handle correspondence and follow-ups to ensure timely communication within the sales team. Document Management: Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for all sales-related documents. Ensure availability of sales materials like brochures, proposals, and contracts. 2. Customer & Relationship ManagementObjective: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, information requests, and complaints. Ensure timely and professional responses to enhance customer experience. Relationship Building: Support the sales team in establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the internal sales team. 3. Sales Operations & Data ManagementObjective: Support sales processes with accurate data management, order processing, and reporting. Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and track delivery timelines. Keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data and sales records. Ensure data accuracy to aid in sales analysis and reporting. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics and target achievements. Analyze trends to assist management in decision-making. 4. Coordination & LogisticsObjective: Facilitate collaboration within the organization to ensure seamless sales operations. Internal Coordination: Work closely with marketing, inventory, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and support sales campaigns. Facilitate logistics for events, promotions, and product launches. 5. Support to B2B Sales ActivitiesObjective: Assist B2B sales representatives in achieving targets and expanding business. Customer Insight & Information Access: Provide sales reps with access to customer profiles, buying patterns, and inventory data via B2B portals. Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities by sharing relevant product information. Collaboration & Streamlined Operations: Use B2B portals and internal tools to facilitate communication, track deals, and monitor sales progress. Ensure timely documentation of leads, proposals, and customer interactions. 6. Market & Sales SupportObjective: Aid in understanding the market and providing actionable insights for sales strategy. Conduct basic market research and track industry trends. Support sales executives in preparing presentations and technical demonstrations for clients. Assist in generating reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
