CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations. Ensure machines are properly calibrated and perform routine maintenance checks. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from quality standards. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and dimensional tolerances. Maintain accurate production records and report any production issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize machining processes. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a CNC/VMC Machine Operator or in a similar role. Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine operations. Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
