CNC Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at our company, your role involves a variety of tasks related to CNC machine operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Machine Setup: Preparing and calibrating CNC machines for production runs. - Material Handling: Loading raw materials, such as metal and plastic, into the machinery. - Machine Operation: Running and monitoring the CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape materials into finished parts. - Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. - Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the machinery to keep it operating at optimal levels. - Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part designs and specifications. - Adhering to Safety: Following strict safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
